How many times in your average day to you say "No" or refuse to put yourself out of your comfort zone.

Our project revolves around the motive of putting yourself in an unlikely situation and changing your life for the better. On average, you spend One-Third of your life sleeping and eating. That leaves Two-Thirds of your life for college, work and socialising. 
What if you put yourself out there, live a little and make memories. 

We want to focus on the people in Ireland that take risks in their lives whether it's a dangerous sport, saying yes to adventures or putting yourself out there. 

Meet The Team

ENTP - Debater
Smart and curious thinkers who cannot resist an intellectual challenge.

Robert Byrne -  Robert is a strong-willed, creative 21 year old. When it comes to work he alway's questions everything and can always add new concepts to the table. Robert's role in the team is to participate as the face of the team. His presentation skills and confidence is like no other.

ISTP - Virtuoso
Bold and practical experimenters, masters of all kinds of tools

Ian Maher - Jam-packed with experience, Ian Maher being only 21 year's old is already making it big in the Nightclub photography scene. Working as a photographer in one of Irelands biggest nightclubs, The Wrights Venue, Ian is certainly a shining star in the team. Ian's the Public Relations manager and Location scout for the team.

ENFJ - Protagonist
Charismatic and inspiring leaders, able to mesmerise their listeners

Conor Brennan - Being a natural Protagonist, Conor is usually the quiet one of the group. Constantly taking notes and thinking to himself, he will usually wait until the right moment to bring up his notes and work. Conor is the perfect example of a researcher, his research and time-keeping skills are second to none, even for a 20 year old like himself.

James Reynolds - At only 20 years old, James has been working as a photographer for 2 years in Nightclubs, Venues and different events. James plays the role as the Team Leader , Advisor and Motivator. Keeping in contact with the rest of the Team at all times.

    Instagram Layout Instagram Design & How it works Instagram is designed to allow you to upload photos in a grid form. 3 across and infinite amount downwards. Knowing this we decided to use it to our advantage. Instagram allows you to post multiple photos in a connected frame to create a big picture to your viewing pleasure. By doing this we were able to create an aesthetically appealing experience for the content viewer. Our options We had many options to come up with depending on our design. Originally we wanted it to be a black background with white text but after trial and error we discovered the black to be very discomforting and negative for our positive outlook on the project. We decided to use the instagram's white HEX code as the spacers between each person/character showcased. This allowed us to work with more white space and use it to our advantage so that someone viewing our instagram is given the choice and pleasure of scrolling along our page.

Logo Process By Conor Brennan

The first logo made by James was our primary logo for the first semester. As the project progressed, the team agreed that we should further develop on our previous idea. I myself designed the updated logo during semester two using Adobe InDesign. James later animated the logo in AfterEffects. We decided to go with a more modern looking design that used a lot more white space. We went with a more geometric look this time around. The logo is an hourglass to symbolize time. The breaks in the logo are supposed to represent change. There is no sand inside the hourglass to symbolize the fact that people do not know how much time they have left to live. Equipment & Reflection By Conor Brennan

It never would have been possible to produce any of the Project Chronos videos without the right equipment for the job. Over the course of two semesters, the team became a lot more familiar with using cameras and microphones. All of the audio for our videos was captured using a shotgun and zoom mic. After editing some of our outdoor videos we learned it would have been more suitable to use a lapel mic.
